Baking Demo with Cathy Drabkin

Baking master Cathy Drabkin will demonstrate how to make Babka. The term "babka" comes from the Slavic word for "little grandmother" and can be found in Polish, Ukrainian, and Ashkenazi Jewish traditions. Typically a sweet dough artfully rolled and twisted into a beautiful danish, Babkas can also be made into savory loaves. Cathy will be presenting how to make both varities.
