This Lunch and Learn examines the Normalization Pipeline and how social compliance can lead to radicalization through the Foot-in-the-Door (FITD) phenomenon. The discussion explores how tolerating small harms, such as unchallenged slurs, can normalize exclusionary language and make individuals more susceptible to more extreme ideas.
